How to brew the drink: Boil fresh spring water in a clean kettle, Use at least 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup of water, Add water and cover with a lid or a small saucer if using a mug, Let it steep for at least 3 to 5 minutes, Strain and pour into cups.
